How much is shipping?
Canada: Shipping is $5 for any order shipped to anywhere in Canada.
USA: Shipping is $10 for any order shipped to anywhere in the United States.
Can I pay without having a PayPal account?
Yes. When you select PayPal as a payment method, you will then be presented with the option of logging into PayPal, or simply submitting your credit card info without having a PayPal account.
How are orders shipped?
Orders within Canada are shipped with Canada Post’s Expedited shipping. Shipping times vary by province, but typically arrive in Ontario within 2 business days. Orders to the USA are sent via USPS Priority Mail, with tracking numbers.
Where is my order shipped from?
Your order will be shipped from Hamilton, Ontario.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our website only displays items we currently have in stock, and all of our orders are shipped with Canada Post’s Expedited shipping or USPS’s Priority Mail. Canadian shipping times vary from 2-5 days, while American shipping times vary from 3-10 days.
Do I have to pay for PST, GST, or HST?
Canadian customers pay taxes based on the province that we are shipping to. Taxes are not calculated on the shipping costs. American customers do not pay any sales taxes.

Your order is shipped from within Canada, therefore, you do not have to pay any customs or duty fees. Ever. Even for our American customers!
